Lavino Home Centre Sdn. Bhd. (“LAVINO”) provides a limited warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period from the date of purchase. Activation of your warranty is necessary to enjoy this free warranty services.

  • This warranty only covers normal household use. Commercial or institutional use is strictly not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, neglect, accidental wear and tear, unauthorised repair, abuse or misuse of the product.
  • The colour of products are vary when seen online, LAVINO will not accept any return or issue credit if the purchaser is not satisfied with the product colour.
  • This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or providing product of equivalent type and quality if a replacement is unavailable. Repair or replacement shall be authorised only when it is proven by the customer service representative that the product is malfunctioning due to manufacturing defects.
  • Photos of the defective product must be submitted to LAVINO before any repair, replacement or credit to be authorised. This is a limited warranty and specifically excludes liability for consequential property or commercial damages. LAVINO is not liable for alleged or actual injury, death, or damage arising from negligence or misconduct by purchaser or dealer. Additionally any claims from the purchaser must be made through the below online warranty claim directly.

Warranty Period:

  • The standard warranty for LAVINO products is 3 months from the date of goods received.
  • Kindly refer to specific product model shall there be any other cases more than the standard 3 months warranty. They will be stated clearly in the product pages’ “Essential Info” tab.

How to activate your Free E-Warranty Services:

  • Upon receiving your ordered items with Delivery Order and Purchase Invoice, you may proceed to activate your product warranty at our website “Warranty Activation” page (https://www.lavino.com.my/warranty-policy) within 7 days.
  • Fill in all the necessary information follow as per activation form.
  • Failing to do so will cause your free warranty services been forfeited.
  • Any warranty claims that did not activate their warranty services with a valid Warranty ID will not be entertained.

Warranty Claims

  • For any warranty claims, customer may access to our website “Complaint & Return Form” to make the claim online directly. Any claim through others channel will not be entertained.
  • Fill in all the necessary information as per the instruction given in the complaint & return form.
  • Describe the type of faulty or malfunction clearly.
  • Photo or video of the faulty or malfunction product(s) would be highly encouraged.
  • The faulty product(s) must be returned in its original packaging (including accessories, manual) to us if necessary.

  • Delivery costs of replacement will be borne by the customer.
