How can I know the product materials?

For your NANOFLEXX Compact Rolled Mattress, how long can I keep the mattress if I didn't open the box?
It is advisable to unbox our NANOFLEXX Compact Rolled Mattress within 6 months from the date you have received your goods. You may also refer to the given product warranty instructions manual for more detailed information.
Do you provide free installation?
Yes, we do provide basic installation for selected products, where you can refer from the respective "SPECIFICATION" tab under our product page.
How do I test/ check the quality of the product?

What is the available payment method?
We do accept several types of payment method where you can refer it from our Payment & Shipping Policy.
Do you offer installment plan?
We DO NOT offer installment plan at this moment for all products except the third party platform purchase i.e. LAZADA Store. Please refer to our LAZADA Store for more information if you wish to understand more about available installment plan for selected products.
I've cancelled my purchase order, how long can I get my money refund?
It is unfortunate for us to hear about your cancellation. For refund details upon order cancellation, please refer to our site Terms & Conditions clause 10.
How can I claim my discount voucher?
At your checkout page, click "Use Gift Voucher" bullet button, enter your gift voucher code in the given column and enter "APPLY VOUCHER" button. You total amount of purchase should be deducted instantly. Shall there be any technical issue, please screen shot your webpage and email to us at [email protected]. We shall get back to you within 24 hours working time.
Do you provide any bulk purchase offer/ commercial project quotation?

Do you provide free delivery?
Yes, we do provide free delivery within Klang Valley without minimum spent (*Terms & Conditions Apply, refer to our Payment & Shipping Policy). Kindly refer to the "ESSENTIAL INFO" tab under our product page to verify the free delivery entitlement.
Do you deliver to outstation besides Klang Valley?
Yes, we do provide free delivery within Klang Valley without minimum spent (*Terms & Conditions Apply, refer to our Payment & Shipping Policy).
How long is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 8 - 21 working days depending on your purchase platform and product (For selected campaign's promo & LAZADA items - It is entitle to 8 working days of delivery timeline; while for all the listed general items is entitle to 14 - 21 working days of delivery timeline). Please refer to the "Estimated Delivery Time" in our respective product page. Kindly be rest assured that we will be in contact with you 1 day prior to your delivery date.
Can you give me the exact delivery date?
You will be notified on the estimated delivery date upon confirmation of your purchase and we will be in contact with you 1 day prior to your exact delivery date. Remember to keep your ordering number so that we can track on your ordering status. Kindly contact our HQ Delivery Team at 016-339 1602 if you have any concerns.
Can I request for earlier delivery time?
At this moment we apologies that we are only able to deliver within the 8 - 21 days time frame. However we do provide "Own Collection" option if you would like to arrange your own immediate pick-up from our showroom. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee you the stock availability for the items you are looking for, so do feel free to contact us at 016-332 9592 to check on the product stock availability before your purchase if necessary.
Can I request weekend delivery? Or any special delivery request?
You may enter your special request or any additional instructions during purchase checkout. We will come back to you by soonest possible on the potential arrangement.
It has been more than 21 days and I have still not receive my items. I need these items urgently!

Can I have weekend delivery to my condo?
For condo delivery, this is subjected to the management approval of your residence. Please get approval from your condo management to ensure a smooth delivery from our end. Kindly be informed that we DO NOT provide weekend delivery to condominium or service apartment residence.
Can I know the driver's info (Name, Plate Number, H/P no.) for condo management's approval?

Can you delivery up to my apartment without lift?

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe and necessary, additional charges per item will be as follow: - First non lift-accessible storey free of charge (e.g. staircase delivery from ground floor to level two is free) - Additional RM30 per item transported to a subsequent non lift-accessible storey (e.g. staircase delivery of a wardrobe and a mattress to the 4th non-lift accessible storey (e.g. Level 4 of a shophouse etc) will cost an additional RM180 [(1 X 2 X RM0) + (3 X 2 X RM30) = RM180]. Please refer to our Payment & Shipping Policy for further information.

Can I request your lorry driver to help me to throw the old furniture?

Unfortunately, we do not include old products dismantling and discharge from our end. You may discuss directly with our appointed transporter on the requested services and normally it comes with an additional charges from the transporter which is not part of our management.

Warranty & Claims Enquiries

Do you provide product warranty?
Yes, all products purchased from LAVINO.COM.MY will be assured with a minimum of 3 months product warranty (*Terms & Conditions Apply, refer to our Warranty Policy). Kindly refer to the "ESSENTIAL INFO" tab under our product page to verify the free warranty entitlement. Remember to activate your product warranty from our website once you have received your purchased goods.
How do I activate my product warranty?
You just need to fill-up the requested details from our Warranty Activation Form and click the "ACTIVATE WARRANTY" button. You should have received a notification email with a warranty activation number. Please keep the email together with your original purchase invoice for future claim purposes.
If I am not satisfy with the product quality, can I return the product?
Yes, we do provide 14 Days Free Return (*Terms & Conditions Apply, refer to our Terms & Conditions). Kindly refer to the "ESSENTIAL INFO" tab under our product page to verify the specific entitlement. You may fill up our Complaint & Return Form shall there be any return needed.
I have received a broken/ malfunction product, how can I return/ replace the product?

I have received a broken/ malfunction product and I've decided to return it over. How can I proceed on my monetary refund?
Our sincerest apologies if this mishap happened for you. Request for returns should be made to us via our Complaint & Return Form within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund entitlement. Our respective personnel will follow up with you personally within 24 hours during working hour. You may also refer to our site Terms & Conditions for more details information.
Can I know how long it will be until I have receive my refund?
For credit card purchase, please allow 7 to 14 Working Days for the refund process by MOLPay and the refund amount will be shown on the customer’s bank account. While for other payment methods, we will need your bank account details and all these will be followed-up via email from [email protected]. The refund process would take around 14 to 21 Working Days. (Please refer to our site Terms & Conditions clause 10 for further information).
